Who am i?

I have over 11 years of experience leading design teams and establishing scalable design operations that strengthen collaboration across product, design, and engineering. Across startups and large-scale platforms, I’ve owned the definition of systems, workflows, and handoffs that help teams move faster while staying aligned on user needs.

I focus on building environments where designers can grow, experiment, and deliver impact leading with structure, clarity, and empathy while balancing delivery with mentorship.

UX and product design focus on reducing cognitive effort and aligning systems with real human behavior. Design is treated as applied problem solving rather than visual output, grounded in evidence, context, and constraint. Effective products minimize the need for explanation by making interactions clear, predictable, and intentional. Accessibility and inclusion form the foundation of the work, with edge cases informing the system instead of being treated as exceptions.


Clarity is prioritized over complexity, and consistency is used to build trust and usability over time.


Design decisions are evaluated by their impact on users, not by internal assumptions or aesthetic preference. Systems and flows are prioritized over isolated screens, ensuring coherence across the entire experience. Research, iteration, and validation are essential to understanding real usage and uncovering hidden friction.
